We are looking for a committed Sales Manager to join us in the Netherlands, in a role that will be part of an international environment with opportunities for personal development. Your working day will be both challenging and varied, focusing on operational and strategic sales, and you will have the opportunity to help develop your role. Tasks:
- Increasing awareness of the Viasea brand and representing the company in an appropriate and professional manner
- Drawing up quotes and presenting customer solutions
- Upselling and focusing on profitable growth
- Contributing to meeting goals and budgets
- Developing the transport market with new sales of transport and logistics solutions
- Establishing long-term partnerships with customers
- Managing your customer portfolio
Desired qualifications:
- Commercial and self-driven
- Motivated by, and has a strong drive to develop and create growth
- Has years of experience within short sea, logistics and container freight
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English
- Knowledge of operational systems for short sea
- Relevant education and/or experience in sales and the transport industry
- You must be able to demonstrate a good track record in sales
