We are looking for a committed General Manager to join us in the Netherlands, in a role that will be part of an international environment with opportunities for personal development. You will be leading the team in Moerdijk and have a focus on operational excellence and sales development.

Tasks:
- Manage our team in Moerdijk
- Maintain and develop our agreements with subcontractors
- Increasing awareness of the Viasea brand and representing the company in an appropriate and professional manner
- Developing the transport market for container freight and logistics solutions in your dedicated area
- Establishing long-term partnerships with customers
- Upselling and focusing on profitable growth
- Contributing to meeting goals and budgets
- Managing customer portfolios
Desired qualifications:
- Commercial and self-driven
- Has a strong drive to create growth
- Good interpersonal skills
- Relevant education and/or experience in sales and operations in logistics
- Experience within short sea and container freight is a plus
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English
- Knowledge of operational systems for short sea
